Terms of Service

1. The Service

Berwazeta ("we", "us") provides a web-based tool that analyses Instagram data exports to identify non-followers and unfollowers. You access the service at berwazeta.com.

By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Free trial: New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: After the trial, your chosen plan (monthly at $6.99/month or yearly at $39.99/year) is billed automatically via PayPal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only upload Instagram data exports that belong to your own Instagram account. You agree not to:

• Upload data belonging to another person without their consent
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or target individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service

5. Instagram Compliance

Berwazeta uses only the official Instagram data export feature. We do not scrape Instagram, use undocumented APIs, or require your Instagram password. It is your responsibility to download your own data export in accordance with Instagram's terms of use.

6. Accuracy

Results are derived from the data contained in your export at the time it was generated by Instagram. Berwazeta does not guarantee that results reflect real-time account states. Accounts shown may have since been deleted, renamed, or deactivated on Instagram.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
