Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. When you upload an Instagram data export, we extract and store the following from it:

• Instagram usernames and profile URLs of accounts you follow
• Instagram usernames and profile URLs of accounts that follow you
• Computed results: non-follower and unfollower lists derived from the above

We do not store the ZIP file itself. It is processed in memory and discarded after your audit is created.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide your account and audit history
• To detect unfollowers by comparing audits over time
• To manage your subscription and billing via PayPal
• To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. email verification)

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your Instagram follower data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your account and audit data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the US. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. PayPal's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may delete your individual audits at any time from your dashboard. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
